Yes. With what you tell us, we design your page — with your name, your text, and your colors — and send you a link to see it. If it doesn't convince you, nothing happens and you owe us nothing.
Because it's easier to decide by seeing than by imagining. Most people who see their proposal approve it, so designing it is more efficient for us than convincing you in a meeting. And we don't start from scratch each time: we have our own set of built, tested components; what gets designed for you is your page, not the underlying engineering.
No. Every page is custom-built: that's why it loads fast and the code is yours.
On Showcase and Catalog, yes: the monthly fee covers keeping the page online, support, and the changes you request. If you'd rather not have a monthly fee, The Key is a one-time payment and the page is yours from day one (support, if you want it, is arranged separately).
Yes, whenever you want: there's no minimum term. Your page stays live until the end of the month you already paid for. From the sixth month on, the code and access are yours at no cost; if you leave earlier, you pay the remaining installments up to 6 months and keep the code.
We register it in your name and it's included for the first year. After that it renews once a year (around $ 10.000 CLP for .cl) and we let you know beforehand.
No. We only support what we build ourselves. If your current page is giving you trouble, tell us and we'll assess whether it's worth rebuilding.
It includes making sure Google finds it and shows it well: titles, speed, and your business listing connected. Ranking first in competitive searches is separate work, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it in your case.
That's no longer a page — it needs its own server or a separate system. We'll tell you straight and show you the alternative that does work on your page: a payment link from Flow or Mercado Pago (both accept Webpay), your own WhatsApp, or a page that links out to your store. If you truly need the system, that's the Custom plan.
Ask for five things you can check: seeing a design before you pay, a fixed price in writing, a signed deadline, the code and accounts in your name, and a named person who answers you. We walk through it calmly in the blog guide.
The 30 days after publishing. If something doesn't work, or it isn't what you approved, we fix it at no cost. It doesn't cover a change of mind or third-party services; the details — what's covered and how to use it — are at gauge.cl/garantia.
